Art with Function
I am a problem-solver by nature! My husband and friends can testify that I try to find a solution to any problem I encounter. Some random things you might find me doing would be installing a CD player into a car, explaining to a friend how to sand and paint a dresser, or writing an article on fermenting pickles for the probiotics. Hearing multiple times from friends and busy women who needed to get organized in their daily lives with home and children management, I was inspired to create tools that would help them to more confidently manage their days. At the same time, my goal was to create printable planners that will be beautiful as well as functional.
I'm currently the stay-at-home mother of three girls. My husband is a pastor, currently of a college ministry. We spend a lot of time with college students, and I enjoy mentoring young women and opening our home to the young people we minister to and with.
My passion for creating has been with my all my life, and I tend to find whatever outlet for creativity that fits within my current rhythm of life. I've dabbled in drawing, painting, ceramics, interior decorating, and graphic design.
