Custom and personalized orders
Almost all my items are custom, made to order, and therefor can take 4-8 weeks time depending on current order volume. At this time I am unable to devote my full attention to my art as I am also a full time MUA and mother, so please be aware of current processing times. Not that interested in my patterns? Interested in a complete custom order overhaul? No problem! Message me and we can plan something awesome together! Just about any custom color and design are available on demand.

Gift wrapping and packaging
All items come beautifully packaged and ready to gift. Even if it is a treat for yourself, who doesn't love opening presents!
Shipping/ Lost package
Shipping is done within 1-3 business days for finished products. Made to order/ custom orders will take longer depending on size and current processing times depending on order volume. If you need a product by a certain date, PLEASE contact me BEFORE purchase if you wish to order a rushed piece for an additional fee.
Packages are shipped to the Etsy address that you, the customer, provides. Incorrect addresses resulting in wrongful or failed delivery are not the responsibility of this shop. Once a package is safely placed in the hands of the USPS it is now their responsibility to insure delivery. I will, however, do everything I can in an attempt to help track your packages and will alert you if a package is sent back to our shop.
Care instructions
✃Only a light dusting is required.
✃Do not wash pieces in washing machines. This could result in loss of threads and shape of piece. If you must, very gently hand wash and air dry followed by an ironing at cotton level. Be sure to do these steps very gently and carefully as to not disturb the threads.
✃Do not remove a finished piece from its hoop unless planning to have it framed by a professional. The unique shape of the cut may make it very difficult to get back in properly and will alter the shape and overall look of the piece.
✃If ordering a piece with 3D details, such as flowers, be sure to get a matted frame to keep the glass from pressing on the threads and distorting the details.
