I didn’t receive the order at first and contacted the seller and she replied right away, sent a replacement, and even gifted me a couple of extra charms to make up for the delay. Thank you! I will definitely order from this shop again.

Can you send my package the next day?
Yes! We usually process orders within 24-48 hours unless we have announced we are on vacation. Leave us a note in your order or send us a message. We will gladly make sure your order goes out the next day.
I didn’t receive my order but is was marked delivered and I want a refund.
Unfortunately we can’t give you a refund for orders marked delivered by USPS. You will first need to file a missing package claim with USPS. Check with your neighbors and other family members for your package. If you still need help feel free to reach out to us.
