Frequently asked questions
How long does my delivery take?
Deliveries vary. We dispatch orders between 1-5 days. Within Australia or can take anywhere from 2 days to a week. All overseas orders can even take up to a month. Depending on where your parcel is we usual find customs can hold your parcel for a few days before they clear it. Please be patient. Also if there are any worldwide pandemics happening you will experience a significant delay in your parcels being delivered.
Postage and tracking
All our parcels are sent with tracking. You can check directly at www.austpost.com.au and track your parcel directly from there. They may be a slight delay in receiving your parcel especially if it gets stuck in customs.
What happens if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us as soon as you can. Take photos of the package or box as well as the damaged product. You may also be required to either send photos or visit your nearest post office with the damaged item and box so they can process a claim. We will give you a full refund or store credit. We want all our customers to be happy.
