Buying and using digital downloads is easy. Just add your favorite items to your Etsy cart as you would with any other items from Etsy and complete your purchase. You'll receive your Etsy receipt as well as an email to download your files.


If you checked out as a guest, you will find a link to download your purchase in the receipt email that was sent to you by Etsy after the purchase.


I have already paid but still can’t access my digital files?
Etsy may still be processing your payment, which can happen with certain payment options. Just get in touch and we can check for you.


Will you ship this item?
Kindly note that we only sell digital items. No physical items will be shipped to you. Images are for illustration purposes only.

You will receive your receipt of your transaction on Etsy and via email.
Please download your files through Etsy on a web browser as Etsy does not accommodate downloading files through their mobile app yet.

To access your digital files from your account:
1. Sign in to your Etsy account.
2. Go to Purchases and reviews by following this link: https://www.etsy.com/your/purchases
3. Navigate and click on your recent order.
4. Click on the "Download" buttons to download your files.

First you have to Unzip your files.

For Windows:
1. Right-click on the zipped file (.zip) and select 'Extract All'.
2. Choose or create the folder destination where you want your files to be saved and extracted.
3. If your computer does not have native capabilities to unzip the folder, you can find free software here- https://www.7-zip.org.

For Mac:
1. To access the files, double-click on the zipped file (.zip).
2. Select the destination or create a folder for your files to be saved.
3. If your Mac does not have native capabilities to unzip the folder, you can find free software here- - https://www.izip.com.


To open PDF files you need Adobe Reader. You can find a free version of Adobe Reader here: (https://get.adobe.com/reader/).

- You can print your files at home or use a commercial printer.
- Print quality will depend on the printer and the paper being used.
- For the best prints, use high-quality thicker paper or card stock.
- When printing at home, please select "Actual Size" or 100% size in your printing settings to - eliminate distortion or incorrect sizing.
- Colors may vary due to monitor display and printer quality.


Where can I print my digital downloads?
You will have to search for printers in your local area, but some suggestions are Staples, FedEx, Walgreens, Target, Costco, Office Depot, Walmart, etc.


My file looks different than the photo online!
Not all computer screens will display colors the same way, there might be some color variations.

We are currently unable to accommodate custom orders. However, please feel free to contact us via Etsy message for any questions or requests.

All sales of digital items are final. No returns, exchanges, or cancellations are possible after downloading the files. For any questions or concerns, please contact us.

Can I share or resell my purchased digital files?

Our files are intended solely for personal use. Feel free to print out multiple copies for your personal needs, but kindly refrain from copying, reselling, redistributing, or using them for any commercial purposes.


What’s the file format that I will receive?

Your files will be downloaded as a compressed Zipped folder.
Please refer to the individual listing descriptions for included file types.
