The gentleman who runs Nodus is a very gifted artist and was absolutely communicative and easy to get a hold of, despite time-zone differences (and unfortunately Geo-Politics). I thought maybe my parcel had gone missing in transit, and unbeknownst to me, he had insured it against loss, just in case. As it was coming from the Ukraine, delivery was slightly delayed, however the owner was in constant communication to ensure that delivery was either successful or compensated. As I've purchased from this store before, I can say, quality is fantastic, and care is shown in the finished product. Whether you're looking for a unique piece of handcrafted jewelry for yourself or someone you know, I'd absolutely recommend this stores products. Cheers.

Gift wrapping and packaging
Usually we send our product in simple package, that can protect it from damage during transportation but also we can suggest to You our own authentic wooden gift box. Check one of our photo in "About" section or contact us for the further details.
Also sometimes accessories in our "Special series" will come with gift box as a standart.
Care instructions
-Our product is durable but high gloss surface can be easely scratched by metallic accessories, so be careful if You want to wear metall and our product together.
-Wood is covered by Danish oil and have some water resistant, but, nevertheles, try do not to swim with it and do not take bath with it.
-Clean surface of the product by using microfibre cloth, wipe gently.
-Do not use chemical cleaners.
-Do not leave it on the sun for large periods of time.
Shipping details
Ordered item will be prepared for a shipment within 3 bussines days. and will be send by Ukrainan Postal Service by Air.
Order will be carefully packaged for transportation.
Every package will have its own tracking number.
Estimated shipping times are:
North America - 2-3 weeks
Oceania - 2-3 weeks
Europe - up to 1-2.5 weeks
Used Materials info
We are using different wood and epoxy resin in our workshop.
All the materials are high-quality and carefully selected.
Items maded from those materials are non-toxic at the finished state.
