How do I edit my digital template?

Edit easily in your web browser using a 100% FREE Canva account! Because our heirloom family trees and digital planners are massive, highly-detailed files, we strongly require using a desktop or laptop computer. Attempting to navigate and type hundreds of names on a small smartphone or tablet screen will be extremely difficult and is highly discouraged. You do not need a paid Canva Pro subscription; everything is accessible for free. When you are finished, click "Share," then "Download," and ALWAYS select "PDF Print" from the drop-down menu. This crucial step guarantees your file exports at a crystal-clear 300 DPI for flawless printing. Do not save as a standard JPG!

Where and how should I print my artwork?

To preserve the rich, vintage, and moody colors of our aesthetics, we highly recommend professional online fine-art printers like FinerWorks, Mpix, or Printique.

Please DO NOT print at 1-hour photo centers (CVS, Walgreens, Walmart, Shutterfly).

Their machines use automatic color-correction that will drastically alter and ruin our carefully crafted color palettes. Additionally, please print at the intended large scale (e.g., 24x36 or 36x36 inches). Printing massive multi-generational trees on standard 8.5x11 home printer paper will force the text to become microscopic and completely unreadable. Treat this as the gorgeous statement wall art it was meant to be!

How do custom orders and revisions work?

To ensure we meet our strict studio turnaround times and platform shipping metrics, your family genealogy research MUST be 100% complete before purchasing a Custom Digital or Premium Printed tier.

We require your finalized, complete list of names at the time of purchase so we can begin crafting your heirloom immediately without delays.

We know typos happen, so you will receive ONE complimentary digital proof to carefully check for spelling errors. Any major structural design changes, layout alterations, or additional text edits requested after the final file has been approved will require the purchase of an additional Revision Add-On fee to cover the extra studio time.

What is your refund policy?

Due to the immediate, accessible nature of digital downloads, we maintain a strict policy of no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on any digital items. Please read all listing descriptions carefully to ensure you understand you are purchasing a digital template. For our Tier 3 Physical Prints, we use museum-grade archival paper and package them with extreme care in premium mailing tubes. However, if your print is damaged by the postal service in transit, please send us clear photos of both the damaged mailing tube and the print within 48 hours of delivery. We will immediately rush a beautiful, complimentary replacement out to you—zero questions asked!

Can I use these designs for commercial use?

All artwork, templates, and digital downloads purchased from our boutique are strictly for personal, non-commercial use only. By purchasing our designs, you legally agree that you will not share, redistribute, sub-license, or resell the digital files in any format. You may print these designs for your home or as a personal gift, but you may not print them on physical products to sell for profit. All aesthetic designs, typography layouts, and generational structures remain the exclusive intellectual property of our studio. We actively monitor the marketplace and will take swift legal action against any copyright infringement or theft.
