Custom and personalized orders
100%! This is what our shop mainly catered to. We have this in our every listing. We can also cater to changes in font and icon colors! Just choose what you want from the color options, put it on the notes and we’ll take it from there. 🙂
Sizing details
We only want to provide accurate info, and that includes the shirt sizes. For a RELAXED fit, choose your NORMAL size. for an OVERSIZED look, go 2 SIZES UP. for a SHIRT DRESS look, go 3 SIZES UP.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Since we partner with a print provider to fulfill the order, we will not be able to offer personalized packaging, but we can 100% cater to personalized gift cards! Just send us a message or do it before checkout. 🙂
Refunds of Return
Since most of our items are made to order, we will not be able to cater to refunds, unless there is a fault on our end. If it does happen, kindly send us photos of the item within 30 days for US orders and 45 days international orders so we can make it right for you. Any delays on parcel deliveries are out of our control, so we are not able to offer refunds on these scenarios, but kindly reach out within the said timeframe so we can check for options. Anything that goes beyond this timeframe may no longer be accommodated.
Please also note that our items are addressed individually, and not by batch.
Cancellation and errors on orders
Let us know so we can make the changes! We’ll also send you the final draft of the order before submitting. If we do not hear back from you in 48 hrs, we’ll assume the details (custom text are printed AS IS) are correct and process it.
Design expectations
Please note that the colors of the print may vary slightly due to lighting, different monitor calibrations, and phone display settings. We strive to deliver high-quality designs, so text placement and colors may be adjusted slightly based on the shirt color, shirt size, or the length of your custom text (if applicable) to ensure the best aesthetic outcome.
We also use DTG (direct to garment) printing method for clothes, and DTF for coolers. Slight variations like minor bleeding, color shifts, or softer edges may occur—especially compared to digital mockups.
Additionally, the size of the design may be adjusted proportionally depending on the shirt size. 💕
Processing and Shipping Timeframe
Processing time takes 2 to 7 business days, while shipping is 2 to 5 business days for US orders, while 10 to 30 business days for the rest of the world.
Custom Font and Icon Colors/Text Expectations
Please note that whatever is written on your custom notes will be applied on the items, unless we feel that the colors selected are off, or would affect the readability, we'll provide suggestions.
In case we dont hear back from you, we'll use our recommendations and send the items to production instead.
