How do I open the zipped files (.zip) of the prints?
To access the zipped files (.zip), download them and then proceed as outlined below:
For Windows:
1. Locate the downloaded files.
2. Right-click on the zipped file (.zip) and choose "Extract All." Follow the on-screen instructions.
3. After completing the steps, a new folder containing all the files will appear.
For Mac:
1. Find the downloaded files.
2. Double-click on the zipped file (.zip).
3. A new folder with all the files will automatically appear.
Can I get a refund on digital prints?
My shop adheres to Etsy's policies, and as a result, we do not provide refunds for digital items, including those ordered by mistake or due to personal error. This policy is in place because of the digital nature of the items.
