Frequently asked questions

What are your store hours?

Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm CT

How quickly do items ship?

We know it's hard to wait for your new Noonday! Once your order is placed, you can expect it to ship within 3-5 business days. All shipping options are flat rate, so feel free to snap up that extra necklace you have your eye on!

Your order will be packaged with tender loving care and shipped via USPS First Class or FedEx depending on the weight and shipping address of the order. When your order ships, you will receive a shipping notification email containing a link with your tracking number to track your order.

Help – my order was lost/damaged in transit! What are my next steps?

If your item is damaged in transit or is missing from your order, please contact us within 30 days of the original shipment date. We will happily provide a replacement to you at no additional cost or provide a refund to the original payment method.

Do you ship internationally?

We have big dreams for the future, but for now we ship to US addresses only.

What is your return policy?

If you return an unworn item in new condition within 30 days of the original shipment date, you will receive a refund via your original payment method. Original shipping charges on returned items are non-refundable.

Help – my product has a defect! How can I receive support?

If your Noonday item has a defect in construction, we will happily provide a replacement to you at no additional cost within 180 days of the original shipment date. Examples of construction defect may include:

- Non-functional clasp

- Jump ring or chains that do not properly close

- Significant differences from published product dimensions

Please note that this policy does not include products damaged through normal wear, accident, misuse, or other factors not due to a defect in workmanship. If you have a question about what is considered a defect in construction, please contact us.

I am noticing slight variances in the color of my product – can I exchange the product for a different shade?

Due to the natural material and handmade nature of our products, some items may have a range of color tones (lighter vs. darker), size and shape. We cannot offer exchanges for these products.

How do I care for my jewelry and accessories?

To preserve the beauty of your jewelry and accessories:

Remove jewelry before showering, swimming, or exercising, and avoid storing it in the bathroom. Remove jewelry before applying hairspray or perfume or working with household cleaners. Soap and lotion usually won't harm gold or silver, but can cause a film residue to form, making them appear dull and dingy.

Be sure to visit the Product Care section in the Description for each product listing for specific care instructions of your item.

Is your jewelry nickel free? Do you test your products for lead?

We estimate that our mixed metal products contain less than 2% nickel. However, to avoid placing an unnecessary burden on our Artisan Production Partners, we are unable to test for every known allergen. As a result, we do not test specifically for nickel and cannot guarantee that there are no traces of nickel in our products.

Each season, we test all our new metal pieces for lead and cadmium content through a recognized International Testing Lab. We follow the highest standards for maximum lead content traces in the US. This means that you can be sure our jewelry contains no more than 0.05% lead and 0.03% cadmium.

What metals do Noonday’s mixed metal pieces contain?

“Mixed metals” is a term used for jewelry that is not crafted of precious metals such as 18k gold or pure silver. These pieces may include brass, iron, copper, silver, steel, aluminum, and bronze. As mentioned above, mixed metal styles may also contain traces of nickel and are not recommended for women with sensitivities to metal.
