Returns / Exchanges
I am happy to refund any unused item that is still saleable and in its original condition, but this does not include personalised, custom-made products. Please contact me within 14 days if there are any issues with your item.
Digital Proof/Mock-ups
We are unable to provide digital mock-ups, orders will be printed in the same format as the images shown on the listing page. Please note that colours in the digital images may vary slightly to the finished products due to different monitor settings & editing software used.
Shipping Options UK
There are several options for shipping at the checkout stage.
- Standard shipping is Royal Mail 2nd class
this is not a tracked service & delivery dates are an estimate only, we are not responsible for how long it takes to reach you (allow 3-10 days).
- Express shipping (1-2 day delivery tracked)
this is a tracked service, you will receive a tracking number on your order to follow.
- Rush my Order (ships in 48hrs)
this option includes a rush order service where we make & ship your order within 48 hrs, it also includes tracked delivery
we reccomend that if your event date is within 2 weeks of ordering to upgrade to our express/rush my order shipping options.
Undeliverable Parcel
We do not hold any responsibility if the wrong address is provided on purchase so please ensure details are correctly entered. If your order is sent tracked you will be provided with the tracking reference. If you are unable to take delivery then please ensure you leave instructions for the delivery service.
If the parcel is undeliverable, it will be returned to sender. We can redispatch the products, but a new delivery charge will need to be paid by the customer.
