Are Partial Refunds possible?

Returns are only accepted for the complete item. Once the item has been received via a tracked postal service (paid by the buyer) a full purchase amount refund will be given. Partial refunds are not possible

I am in Canada; will I have to pay extra fees on delivery?

Yes, most likely. Because I ship from the UK, your order is considered an international import by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA).

What you will be charged:

Handling Fee: Canada Post (or the courier) charges a flat administrative fee (approx. $9.95 CAD) to process the customs clearance on your behalf.


Why these aren't included in the price:

The shipping cost paid at checkout covers the transportation of your parcel only. To keep these shipping rates as low as possible, I ship via standard 'DAP' (Delivered at Place) terms. Using 'Pre-paid' (DDP) services would require private couriers like DHL, which would often double the shipping cost you see a

I’m in a hurry! Do you offer a "Rush Order" service?

Yes! If you need your items dispatched faster than our standard processing time, you can add our "Rush My Order" upgrade listing to your cart before checking out. Purchasing this moves your order to the very front of our workshop queue, meaning your package will be prepared, securely packed, and handed to the post office within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends).

Does the "Rush My Order" fee include faster shipping?

No, the rush fee only covers Priority Processing (getting your order packed and dispatched quickly by us). It does not automatically upgrade your postal delivery speed.

What happens if I buy a Rush Upgrade over the weekend?

Our rush timelines apply to standard business days (Monday to Friday). If you purchase a Rush Upgrade on a Saturday or Sunday, your order will be given absolute priority and will be the very first package dispatched when the post office opens on Monday morning.

Can I cancel or get a refund on a Rush Order?

Because we begin prioritizing, preparing, and packing rush orders immediately upon receiving them to meet the tight deadline, the Rush Service fee itself is strictly non-refundable.
