North Lark Co - Privacy Policy

This policy explains how North Lark Co ("we") collects and uses your personal data when you buy from our Etsy shop. We are the data controller for this data. You can contact us at any time through Etsy Messages.

WHAT WE COLLECT
The information you provide through Etsy when you place an order: your name, delivery address, email address, the items you ordered and any messages you send us. We never see your payment card details - payments are handled by Etsy.

WHY WE USE IT (LEGAL BASIS)
- To make, deliver and support your order, including returns and questions (performance of a contract).
- To keep the records required for tax and accounting (legal obligation).
- To prevent fraud and protect our shop (legitimate interests).
We do not use your information for marketing, and we never sell it.

WHO WE SHARE IT WITH
Only what is needed to complete your order:
- Etsy, which runs the marketplace and processes payments;
- our print-on-demand partner Printify and its print providers, who make and dispatch your order;
- delivery carriers.
Some of these companies may process data outside the UK/EEA (for example in the USA). Where this happens, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
Order information is kept for as long as needed to complete your order and handle any after-sales questions, and for up to 6 years for tax and accounting purposes. It is then deleted.

YOUR RIGHTS
Under UK and EU data protection law you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to how we use it, or receive a copy of it. Message us on Etsy to make a request. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or your local data protection authority.
