Can you combine my orders?
We try our best to combine orders that have not yet been processed, but we cannot guarantee it. Please send a message here through Etsy as soon as possible if you would like to combine orders that have not yet shipped.
How quickly do you ship? Are your turn around times accurate?
We do our best to process orders same/next day. Processing time means time to prepare your order to be picked up for shipping. Our processing times take into account other obligations such a travel for work, etc. We usually post a note on our home page indicating delayed shipping time if we know we will be travelling and won't be able to get your items out same/next day.
What do I do if there is an issue with my order?
Please message us here through Etsy if you have any issues with your order.
Do you have a TikTok account?

Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns, but please message us if there is an issue with your product and it is damaged or defective.
What point are the pens? Are they refillable?
Our beaded pens are medium point and write 1.0mm. Most pens are approximately 5.63 inch/ 14.3 cm in length and weigh about 1.4 oz. Fancy pens are heavier. The pen shafts are made of plastic with a central metal beading rod.
Because the central beading rod screwing into the pen shaft, the refills for the this items are not available over the counter and require "bead pen" refills. I sell the refills in my shop in packs of 5. You can search my listings for "ink refill".
