You can send a picture of your wedding logo, or a graphic you would like engraved on your puzzle, book or box. We offer many options to further personalize your guest book puzzle. Our puzzles can be made with or without edges (the Forever Puzzle) The tabs on the puzzle pieces are another option. We feature puzzles with tiny heart tabs, or your puzzle can be made with the regular round tabs. No matter what you choose, all are made with great attention to detail. The Forever Puzzle
For one of our first anniversaries, Mark created the Forever Puzzle. It was made of white card stock, each piece cut out by hand. The idea was, that every year on our anniversary, he would give me another piece to our puzzle. Every piece is the same, so it fits anywhere in the puzzle. In this way, our puzzle can grow as our love does... Forever.
Our puzzle guest books can be made for any special occasion; Anniversaries, Birthdays, Graduations, etc. We recently made one for our son's Eagle Court of Honor, for guests to sign and add their congratulatory messages to him.
How it's Made
Creating a Forever Puzzle starts with designing a proof, which is sent to you for your approval. We work with you on your layout until it is just right. Next, wood is selected and your design is laser engraved on it. Once it is finished in the laser, we clean, assemble and photograph it. The puzzles come partially assembled, so you can put your puzzle together more easily. Each order is beautifully packaged and made with love.
Many of our designs have been inspired by wonderful customers, we love your ideas!

We create each item with great care and hope that you love your order.
Payment
Custom orders must be paid for before we start working on them. If you are worried about paying for custom orders before seeing a proof, please know that we will send you a proof before production, and you can let us know if you see anything you would like changed.
We will not start production on your order until you are happy with it.
Shipping
COVID-19 has changed the way many small businesses operate. One way that our shop has been affected is the recent changes within the United States Postal Service. Currently, the USPS has been facing unprecedented delays. This is due to pandemic related delays, as well as recent federal funding being cut from USPS. We ask that you plan for possible delays with your package, and for your patience and grace as we navigate the new normal.
Small items are shipped USPS First Class, with an option to upgrade to Priority.
A tracking number will be included in your shipping notice.

**Please remember to double check that you have given me the correct mailing address.
If you need your item by a certain date be sure to send me a message after your purchase to let me know when you need it by. I can do my best to see that you have it by the time you need it, but I CANNOT GUARANTEE SHIPPING TIMES. I can not give refunds for items that do not arrive by a certain date.

How do I order a custom puzzle design?
You can order from a listing that has the amount and style of pieces you want, and I can make it with your design. You can send me your information in the Personalization box when you check out, or send it to me in a message.
I need my puzzle right away, how can I expedite the process?
Once you have ordered, check your messages often as I will be sending you a proof to approve. Once I have your approval, I will begin making your order. I ship Priority mail which delivers in about 3 days. You can upgrade your shipping to Express which takes about 2 days.
How many pieces should I order?
70% of your guest list is a good amount to order. Most couples and families will sign only one piece.
What is the best type of pen to use to sign the puzzle pieces?
Extra pieces are sent with every order to test out pens on and to use in case a few pieces go missing or someone needs a do over :)
What if I need help putting my puzzle together?
You can refer to your proof to see how your puzzle goes together. General directions can also be found here:
