Unique Macramé Art Inspired by Home: Discover Northern Traced Designs on Etsy & More
Thank you for visiting my shop, here is a glance at my small business origin story and background!
In 2020, I knew I wanted to take my love of fiber art that I’ve had since childhood into a small side business. I opened My Etsy shop with a few small items, and with the inspiration and encouragement of family and friends back in my hometown of Buffalo, New York. I grew to create an array of macramé items I was very passionate about. One of my first listings being macramé dreamcatchers I designed for my nieces to help them sleep at night. My Business Name of Northern Traced Designs was thought of before I found my niche in Macramé but wanted to highlight the importance of my story, the love and encouragement from my family and friends back home in Buffalo, NY.
I moved to North Carolina for school in 2017 attending UNCC and have stayed ever since. I live with my family of rescue pets, two orange cats Archie & Niko, and a wonderful mix of a Pup, Milo. When I’m not working my day job in talent Acquisition and Development, you can almost always find me home working on some aspect of my business with my pets by my side.
I take tremendous pride in my art, hoping to stand out with the variety of color and personalization options on my items. I also take pride in using ethical, recycled materials every chance I get, from creation to shipment.
Every order helps me maintain my business, invest more into new materials, maintain my comfortable home with my pets, and travel to visit my family when possible. Not to mention attempt to help pay off my out of state student debt!
Please feel free to like and share my small business name, social media. And consider my shop in the future for any home décor needs / gifts/ accessories.
I love custom orders and will respond to messages as quickly as possible! Thank you for your support ❤️
