"Processing days" do not include weekends, federal holidays, the eves of Thanksgiving, Christmas or New Years. So verify the estimated shipping dates provided before placing an order to ensure you will receive your item by the time needed (estimated dates provided may not include the above circumstances).

Orders are processed in the order that they are received.

Please, please, please......double check when placing an order that the "ship to" address is correct.

We only allow 1 address per order. If you wish to have orders sent to multiple addresses, you will need to place separate orders.
You are responsible to keep track of the shipping and tracking.

IMPORTANT SUMMER SHIPPING INFO:

I will only ship Mon-Thurs, depending on where it goes to, regarding wax.
Wax WILL MELT if left outside for hours. Please have someone bring your package in once it's been delivered!

Please understand that we have no control over the package once it is shipped and cannot guarantee transit times. If you have any issues with delays, you will need to contact USPS directly. Many times during the holidays, it could say delivered, please give it to EOD to contact them. If you need something ASAP, please message me and consider upgrading to priority.

We are no longer processing refunds or replacing an order unless your item is damaged due to packaging on the shop's part on arrival and you contact the shop within 3 days of receiving the order or there was a mistake made by us. In either situation, picture proof must be provided.

We are slowly changing our packaging to be more eco friendly.

**Scentsy warmers may not get hot enough for our parasoy wax, leading to poor scent throw** I recommend using a tea light warmer for the best scent throw. ❤️
