Northwest Design Co.

I am a graphic designer in the Portland, OR area.

I grew up loving all things creative: typography, interior design, beautiful architecture, the list goes on. I have also always enjoyed helping others and putting a smile on people's faces. I went to college for several years and studied psychology and art. I finished school with a Master's in Art Therapy. Although I was excited to help people, there was something missing. I wanted to be more creative on a daily basis. One day I realized that I could still help others and be creative at the same time. I went back to school to finish my graphic design degree and have been designing ever since.

Northwest Design Co. is a freelance studio/Etsy shop that creates clean, contemporary designs for just about any occasion. New designs are created daily, so check back often! If you don't see what you're looking for please message me. I would love to create a custom design just for you.

Frequently asked questions

Northwest Design Co. items ship anywhere! Items are shipped within the U.S. via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days) (unless otherwise noted) with delivery confirmation and tracking information provided. If you are an international buyer, please keep in mind that it will take longer for you to receive your items.

Digital Files/Instant Downloads

Due to the nature of these items, refunds cannot be accepted once the first proof is sent or the item has been downloaded. All designs are created for personal use only. Designs may not be reproduced for sale or be redistributed in any way.

Printed Items

PRINTED INVITATIONS Refunds are not accepted due to the custom nature of the product. Prior to printing any personalized items, we will email a digital proof to you to review and approve. We cannot be responsible for misspelled names given by customers. However, if an error occurs on our end, we will offer a replacement/refund.

GREETING CARDS All non-custom cards can be returned within 7 business days of delivery. Refund will not be given until item is returned in it's original condition. If an item arrives damaged, a photo of the packaging and damaged item are required. Please contact us for all refund requests.

Custom and personalized orders

Custom orders are non refundable (see “printed invitations” above). Your satisfaction is our priority. If you have any concerns with your order once you receive it, please contact us as soon as possible. We are here and always available to help. We will work with you to make it right.

Removing Shipping Fee on Digital Files

If you are purchasing a digital file enter coupon code "DIGITAL" to remove the shipping fee. Please do not enter the code if you are purchasing printed invitations.

How many revisions are included in my purchase?

I am happy to do up to 2 revisions with no additional charge. Each revision beyond that will require an additional fee.

What days are you open?

I am open Monday through Friday. I don't generally work on the weekends or major holidays. If you place an order on the weekend I will get to it first thing Monday. If you place an order on a holiday I will get to it on the next business day.


If you purchase printed invitations, but then later realize that you only need a digital file, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee. This is only if I have already worked on your order and it has been more than 3 days since you purchased the listing. The restocking fee covers the fee I have to pay to return paper I purchased from my supplier for your order. Thanks for your understanding!
