After you place your order, you can upload your artwork through Etsy if the option is available for your listing. If your files are too large or are in a file format Etsy doesn't accept (such as AI, EPS, or SVG), simply email them to hello.essentialprint@gmail.com and include your Etsy order number so I can match them to your purchase.

Once I receive your files, I'll review everything, prepare your proof, and send it to you through Etsy Messages for approval before your order is printed.

For the best print quality, I recommend sending original or high-resolution artwork whenever possible.

Preferred file formats:

• AI (Adobe Illustrator)
• EPS
• SVG
• PDF (Print Quality)

I also accept high-resolution PNG, JPG, and other common image formats. If your logo or artwork was created in Canva, please download it as an SVG (preferred) or PDF Print before sending it.

Not sure if your files will work? No problem—send what you have, and I'll review everything before preparing your proof.

Absolutely! Canva works well for many banner designs.

For the best results, create your design at half scale. For example, a 9' × 1' banner should be designed as 54" × 6" in Canva. Canva doesn't allow very large custom template sizes, so designing at half scale produces excellent print quality.

When you're ready to export your design, download it as:

• SVG (preferred for Canva Pro users)
• PDF Print
• PNG (high quality, if the other options aren't available)

Yes! AI-generated artwork is welcome as long as it's suitable for large-format printing.

Please keep in mind that AI-generated designs are often created in proportions that don't match standard banner sizes. If your artwork doesn't fit the banner dimensions you've selected, I may recommend adjusting the banner size to better match your design whenever possible.

AI-generated images are flattened files, so logos, text, and other design elements usually can't be edited separately. If your artwork requires significant reconstruction or extensive editing before it can be printed, additional design services may be required.

If your project requires logo creation, a banner designed from scratch, significant artwork reconstruction, or extensive graphic design, it may fall outside the scope of our streamlined ordering process. Yes! Every custom order includes a digital proof for your review before production begins.

Your proof gives you the opportunity to verify spelling, contact information, colors, and the overall layout. Once you approve your proof through Etsy Messages, your order will be sent to production.

Please review your proof carefully. Once approved, production begins using the artwork exactly as shown.

Most orders follow this simple process:

Proofs are typically prepared within 1 business day after your artwork is received. During especially busy seasons, proof preparation may take an additional business day.

Once your proof is approved, most orders are printed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

The fastest way to receive your order is to send print-ready artwork and approve your proof promptly.

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After that, work on your order may have already begun.

Changes can usually be made until you approve your proof. Once your proof has been approved and your order has been sent to production, changes and cancellations are no longer possible.
