When will I receive my item?
Producing your item takes me 3 to 5 days.
I send my products by USPS First Class Mail. USPS states it takes 3 to 5 days to arrive.
If you choose USPS Priority Mail USPS states that your item will arrive in 2 to 3 days.

Can I send you clip art to customize my order?
Yes. I charge a $15 fee to digitize your photos into embroidery files
Can I return my personalized item?
Unfortunately, you cannot return personalized items. If there is something you do not like or if the item is misspelled or damaged, I will replace it. Please send a picture of of your purchase.
Can you expedite my order?
Yes. Please let me know when you need the item and choose USPS Priority Mail at check out.
Do you take custom orders.
