What color Ink is the Self inking stamp?
Black ink only
When will my order ship?
Address Labels and Address Stamps are shipped within 3-5 business days. Allow 2-4 days for postal delivery once the order is shipped.
I need my item by a certain date?
We strive to process all orders as quickly as possible. However, we cannot assure that your order will be delivered by a particular date.
All orders will be dispatched within the specified production time frame, and we kindly ask you to allow several days for postal delivery.
Do you print Guest Labels, Multiple names per roll?
We regret to inform you that we do not provide printing services for guest labels.
Our service is limited to printing a single name and address per roll of 100 labels.
We sincerely hope you are able to find assistance for your project.
My order shows Delivered, but it is not?
Please check your ship to address on Etsy, make sure it is correct.
Unfortunately we have no way to locate the package once it shows delivered.
It may have been put in someone else's box or the postal courier failed to leave it.
If you have the ability to contact you're courier or visit the post office with the tracking number, they should be able to help you locate.
Let us know if its still missing, and the postal service could not locate.
My stamp is not stamping right, looks like its running out of ink?
We thoroughly inspect all stamps prior to shipping, and we have also applied a stamp to the top of the card.
It is advisable to test your stamp on a flat sheet of copy paper before applying it to your envelopes.When stamping on envelopes, utilize both hands and ensure that you are working on a flat surface.
If you are stamping on the front of the envelope, it is recommended to place a piece of card stock inside the envelope to ensure a smooth stamping surface. The ridges created by the folds of the envelope can lead to uneven impressions and ghosting in certain areas.
For stamping on the flap, please open it and confirm that you are on a flat surface.
Should you encounter any issues, please do not hesitate to contact us for assistance.
What if there is a mistake on my order?
Stamps and labels are customized items. We rely solely on the information provided by the customer.
Should your order arrive with any discrepancies, please reach out to us. If the error originated from our side (indicating that you provided the correct information and we made a mistake), we will promptly send you a replacement.
Conversely, if the information you submitted was incorrect, we will gladly provide a replacement at a reduced price to account for shipping and material costs.
Can I send an Item directly to someone else as a gift?
Absolutely!
Be sure to update the Etsy ship to address to the Recipient's address.
If you would like to include a personal gift note message, mark your order as gift during check out and you will get a prompt for a gift message.
My order was damaged in transit. What do I do?
Should you receive a package that is damaged, we kindly ask you to reach out to us and provide a photograph of the damage. We are committed to assisting you in resolving this matter.
