ARE THE ARTWORKS ON YOUR TEMPLATES EDITABLE?

Most text elements within the templates can be edited; however, artwork and certain design elements may not be editable.

Some illustrations, graphics, and artwork are created using licensed design resources from independent artists. Copyright ownership remains with the original creators.

To protect the artwork and maintain the quality of the design, these elements may be locked and cannot be modified, removed, or extracted.

DO YOU ACCEPT CUSTOM ORDER REQUESTS?

Custom order availability may vary depending on my current schedule and the complexity of the request.

If you are interested in a custom design or modification, please send me a message with the details and I’ll let you know if it is possible.

CAN I CHANGE THE FONT TYPE AND TEXT COLOUR?

Yes. Editable templates allow you to customise the font style and text colour.

You can choose from available fonts within the editor, select colours from the colour options provided, or enter your own colour code for a more personalised design.

Canva templates are edited directly through Canva, and available editing features may vary depending on the design.

I NEED A DIFFERENT SIZE THAT IS NOT LISTED. CAN YOU CHANGE THE SIZE OF MY TEMPLATE?

If you require a size that is not currently included in the listing, please contact me after purchasing.

Where possible, I’ll be happy to resize your template to your requested dimensions at no additional cost.

Please note that some designs may have size limitations depending on the platform or layout.

WILL MY TEMPLATE EXPIRE?

Canva templates currently do not expire once you have saved the template to your Canva account.

I recommend downloading and saving your finished designs after editing.

HOW DO I ACCESS MY FILES AFTER PURCHASE?

Your files will be available instantly after your payment has been processed.

To download your files:

1. Sign in to your Etsy account using a web browser.
2. Go to Your Account → Purchases & Reviews.
3. Find your order from Notebook Studio Co.
4. Click Download Files.

If you checked out as a guest, Etsy will send your download link to the email address used during checkout.
