What are your current processing times?

Do you offer refunds?
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds cannot be given and orders cannot be cancelled once the files have been downloaded. Also, I can process a return only if I have not started working on your item. Once I have begun working on your item, time has been devoted to your purchase, and a refund can no longer be provided.
What if I forget to include information for an item with my order during checkout?
Please feel free to send me a conversation with the information that you'd like on your order.
If I do not receive information for use in a digital invitation or other custom digital product within two weeks of purchase, I have the right to cancel the transaction and refund your money (unless otherwise agreed upon). Since I will not be able to deliver the item you purchased without the information needed, I will issue a refund, so you get your money back, and I will also cancel the transaction.
Are your clip art and digital paper items allowed for commercial use?
Please see shop announcements for acceptable versus unacceptable uses.
Commercial use is limited to small handmade businesses only (Etsy Shops, small websites, craft shows, etc.). Under no circumstances can any of the files in my shop be resold or distributed in their original form. Files, graphics, and images may only be used as a part of a completed and flattened design. Files, graphics, and images may not be printed and resold in their original form. Credit must be given for any designs used in your final products unless the "commercial use - no credit required" portion of the listing is purchased. Here is an example of how to credit my shop:

Can the items in your shop be resold in their original form?
No, reselling of any item in my shop is strictly prohibited. These designs remain the property of Magnolia Woods Design and are copyrighted under Magnolia Woods Design, meaning that these files cannot be resold or distributed in their original form. By purchasing my items, you are granted permission to use the graphics for personal use projects and for small commercial use projects (credit must be given). Once the items have been purchase, copyright is NOT transferred to the buyer, and the files may not be resold or shared. Copyright is not authorized for derivative work. Files may not be altered in any way, shape, or form (color changes, layouts, etc.).
Can your clip art and digital papers be used for personal projects?
Yes, most personal projects are okay. My files cannot be redistributed or shared in their original form.
What if I am unhappy with my order?
Please contact me, and I will do my very best to fix the situation. Please notify us via Etsy conversation or email of any concerns or comments regarding our products or services prior to placing negative feedback. We would like the opportunity to remedy the situation and come to an agreed upon resolution prior to negative feedback being placed. Allow us 24-48 hours to respond to your concerns or comments.
