While a small work of art at only 4 square inches, this piece has an enormous otherworldly presence with its vibrant colors, varied textures, and utterly alien-looking plants - I've been transported! This is my third piece by this artist and I am under no delusions that it will be my last...so happy to have discovered Jami Joelle's work!

Peppered Moths is a small but absolutely magical piece! Jami's artistic touch coaxed such strong presence and life out of humble paper and wood. Light bounces off of the protective acrylic surface layer, highlighting the contrasting textures, patterns, and edges of the collage layers. The deep, repurposed wood frame perfectly grounds the otherworldly landscape, tying it back to earth and the natural story that inspired it. I am thrilled and honored to give this special artwork a place in my home and my heart - thank you Jami!!
