Read this announcement before placing your order (Also see my shop's FAQS to help answer some of your questions):
First and foremost, I am a one person, small-business operator. All orders are created, and sent to the post office by me.

VERY IMPORTANT NOTICE BELOW:
I print the shipping labels and packing slips ahead of time so that I can finish processing each order carefully.

Just because you placed your order the same day, does not mean I will be able to make it same day or be able to ship it out within the same week. Most orders could take up to 2½ weeks to receive after it has been placed.

Once I drop the orders off to the post office, it is out of my control.
Express shipping is available for additional cost.
Buyers who select USPS Priority Mail (1-3 days) OR Express shipping service does not mean you will get the order in that same delivery time frame of the shipping estimate, because I have to create the orders that were placed before yours.
I create ALL orders first come, first serve.

Please message me in advance before you place your order to let me know if you need it before a car show, birthday or special event. That way I can make sure I have enough time to create it before the specific date.
I don't take bribes for you wanting me to ship your order out faster. It is not fair to the very patient customers who are already waiting after they have ordered before you.

NOTICE:
Custom-image fabric shift boot or E-brake boot orders could take up to 2 months to receive after the order is placed.

**(Please make sure you submit a USPS verified address before check-out).**
It is your responsibility to give me the correct address before placing your order.
I will not eat the shipping costs because you failed to send me the correct address.

When you place your order please let me know your vehicle's year, make, and model in the personalization notes before checkout.
(These are hand-made, aftermarket sewn upholstery).

IMPORTANT:
Do not expect these shift boots or handbrake boots to fit like 'OEM / factory fitment' since you have to modify, cut, or make incisions to the bottom of the upholstery to work.
I do try my best to make it to the correct sizing for your vehicle.

***I do not supply installation instructions since all vehicles are different when it comes to installing these shift boots/e-brake boots.
Some shift boots/e-brake boots require to cut and make tabs or slits on the bottom. There might be a tutorial video for your vehicle on YouTube that you can research for advice on installation.***

Send me the correct dimensions:
(height, length, width of all sides and any pictures sent through messages would help to ensure a better fitment for your vehicle).
This method is the best, and very helpful to me that way I can make the upholstery to the correct size.

Please note:
***I am not responsible for it not fitting or you breaking something you tried to install because you forgot to tell me before I shipped it out.***

For holidays, birthdays, or special occasions, please make sure to have your order placed as "GIFT" up to 3 weeks to a month in advance!
I try to meet my turnaround time (14 business days /minus weekends and American holidays) as best as I can for creating and shipping out your order.

**VERY IMPORTANT**
Shift knobs, shifters, or any other items other than what I am selling in the listings do NOT come with any order. (PLEASE READ ITEMS DESCRIPTION BEFORE ORDERING).
I specialize in sewing the fabric upholstery materials, and do not make any of the shift knobs that are displayed in the photos.
Again, it is your responsibility to read the description in the listings before making your purchase.

I strive for positive 5 star reviews, but if you have a problem with your order please contact me.
There have been customers who want to mess with my small online business by leaving 1-star, negative, or deceptive reviews before ever messaging me to try.

I will gladly help you if you have any issues with your order.
As stated above I want to make sure you read this before leaving a bad review or making a purchase if you cannot wait.

People who left a 1-star review for my shop never even contacted me before leaving their reviews or ever reading my shops announcement before ordering.
Yet when they receive the custom-made product they don't fix the review, but have my items and are using it.
Leaving a bad review isn't going to make me get your product out faster or fix the issue you have. Remember I create my orders first come, first serve.
If you're rude to me, I have no problems cancelling your order and refunding you after you ship back the item(s).

I am very passionate about creating unique items for you that are sewn genuinely by me. It takes a lot out of a day crafting these orders by hand, and I devoted a lot of time to create them.

Trying to change the order after it was placed will mess up my inventory and cause the production to slow down A LOT.
Be sure that it is the item you want before you place your order.
Remember, I am only ONE person and make all orders from scratch myself.
