I didn't start Notivoco because I had it all figured out. I started it because I didn't.
A couple of years ago, I was the kind of person who had seventeen tabs open, three to-do lists on three different apps, and a Sunday night routine that consisted of staring at my week and feeling vaguely anxious about all of it. I was busy. I was productive on paper. But I kept ending weeks feeling like I'd moved fast without going anywhere.
I tried every planner I could find. Beautiful ones. Expensive ones. The ones with the motivational quotes at the top and the hourly time blocks down the side. I'd use them for three days and abandon them by Thursday, not because I lacked discipline, but because none of them told me how to actually use them. They gave me blank boxes and assumed the rest would follow.
It didn't.
So I started building my own. Not because I wanted to sell planners. Honestly, that wasn't the idea at all. I just wanted something that worked. Something with a real process baked into the page, so I didn't have to reinvent my planning routine every single week from scratch.
The first thing I built was the Weekly Blueprint: a five-step framework for planning a full week in 30 minutes. I used it for a few months, refined it, showed it to a few people who had the same problem I did. They liked it. Then I built the Daily Flow. Then the Habit Loop. Then the Reset Framework for the weeks that went sideways.
Eventually I had a small system, a set of tools that worked together, each one doing a specific job, none of them asking more of me than I had to give.
That became Notivoco.
The name comes from "notavi": Latin for "I noticed." That's exactly what these tools are designed to do. Help you notice what actually matters before the week drowns it out. Notice where your time is really going. Notice the patterns, the wins, the things worth carrying forward and the things worth letting go.
Most of us aren't failing because we're not working hard enough. We're failing to notice, to pause long enough to see what's working, what isn't, and what deserves our attention next. That's the gap these tools are built to close.
Everything I sell is something I built because I needed it first. Every framework was tested on my own weeks: the overwhelming ones, the scattered ones, the ones where I just needed a reset and a clear first step. If it didn't work for me, it didn't make it into the shop.
I'm based in Canada, and I run Notivoco entirely on my own. Every layout, every framework, every instruction manual designed by me, for people who are genuinely trying to build a life with more intention and less chaos.
If that's you, you're in the right place.
