Frequently asked questions
Your links do not work
I meticulously tested all the links from my end to ensure they function properly. Following this, I uploaded the pdf/txt files containing the links to the Products. Despite this, very occasionally I receive feedback from customers stating that the links aren't working as expected. In many cases, a simple refresh resolves the issue and the link becomes functional. Alternatively, customers can reach out to me for a direct link sent via message, which has proven to effectively resolve any link-related concerns. I suspect that intermittent technical glitches, possibly stemming from Canva or Etsy, may occasionally cause concurrency issues resulting in these challenges.
PSD vs Canva, which is better
They have their own pros and cons.
PSD generate the best professional results, but you may feel it is challenging to use if you don't have any graphics design background. But trust me, the video instruction I made already taught many customers with zero design experience to make professional mockups easily.
Canva is extremely easy to use, and easy to generate batch product photos. I can easily generate 10 product photos just in 1 or 2 minutes, with decent quality. Using my mockups with smart adjustable transparency layer, the realism is decent enough to serve as product photos.
Overall, if you are a person with zero design background, Canva is your choice. If you have any previous experience with design, PSD is better.
Why should I buy mockups from your shop? Considering there are so many mockups out there.
1) My PSD and Canva mockups showcase exceptional realism, fostering customer trust and enhancing product sales.
2) Creating a stunning mockup takes mere seconds with my user-friendly PSD and Canva templates, saving you valuable time when listing your products.
3) I provide a wide array of mockup scene setups featuring your product in real-life usage scenarios, effectively conveying a strong product concept.
4) I consistently update my shop almost every day, ensuring a fresh and vibrant selection of mockup designs for you to choose from.
5) Exceptional customer service is my priority. I respond to messages promptly, typically within minutes, except during my designated sleeping hours in the California time zone.
Do you have failure cases for digital mockups or what kind of designs work the worst using digital mockups?
I present a diverse color range in my mockups, showcasing designs from light to vivid to dark hues. Please ensure you're satisfied with the demo before ordering, as no single mockup fits all designs.
In the realm of fabric mockups, achieving accurate representation with dark and very vivid colors can be particularly challenging. Dark/vivid colors tend to absorb light significantly, diminishing visual cues such as shadows, reflections, and highlights that aid in perceiving depth and dimension. Even genuine dark products may appear artificial in certain real world perspectives. In digital mockups, this absence of accompanying visual cues can potentially lessen the realism, depending on the designs.
How long do you typically take to respond to messages?
I respond to messages promptly, typically within minutes, except during my designated sleeping hours in the California time zone.
