This Privacy Policy describes how I collect, use and share personal information when you purchase from NullPointerCo, contact me, or otherwise use my services through Etsy.

This policy does not apply to third parties that I do not own or control, including Etsy, Printful or delivery providers. Their own privacy policies explain how they process personal information.

INFORMATION I COLLECT

To fulfil an order, Etsy may provide me with information such as your name, email address, delivery address, order details and payment status. I may also receive information that you choose to provide through Etsy Messages.

WHY I USE YOUR INFORMATION

I use personal information only where necessary:

- To process and fulfil orders
- To provide customer support
- To resolve disputes or order problems
- To comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations
- To comply with Etsy’s Seller Policy and Terms of Use
- To protect my legitimate interests in operating and improving NullPointerCo, where those interests do not override your rights

I do not use buyer information for unsolicited marketing or sell personal information to third parties.

I share personal information only in limited circumstances:

- Etsy: as necessary to operate my shop and comply with Etsy’s policies
- Printful: to manufacture and fulfil physical products
- Delivery providers: to deliver physical orders

INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

Etsy, Printful and their service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom or European Economic Area. Where required, these providers are responsible for using appropriate legal safeguards for international transfers.

DATA RETENTION

I retain order and transaction information only for as long as necessary to provide my services and meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. Relevant business records may normally be retained for up to six years. Other information is deleted when it is no longer reasonably required.

YOUR RIGHTS

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, restrict, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to certain processing.

To make a privacy request, contact me through Etsy Messages. Requests concerning information held directly by Etsy should be submitted to Etsy.

You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority. In the United Kingdom, this is the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
