Horrible customer service. I tried to cancel my order within 24 hrs of ordering the product and I got a response few weeks later from the seller. Unacceptable!!

I tried to contact with this Client multiple times, also via PayPal and she never answered. Even now, when she left this unfair feedback, she didn't contacted me neither here on etsy, or e-mail or PayPal. I didn't know she wanted to cancel anything, cause I never got her message. So it's really sad situation for me. Hopefully it won't happen again.

My natural Way...

Creating beautiful things is for me something more than just using a pair of nimble eyes and hands. It’s a process, in which the fleeting world of imagination intertwines with matter creating a solid form.
Mother Nature has always been my first and infinite Inspiration. It is her, whom I watch and admire each day, who fills my head with ideas I want to enchant within my jewelry. The madness of autumn leaves, the aroma of flowers, vibrating snowflakes or the sight of a fog spreading at the lakes - these are my inspirations.

Every piece I make is totally unique. I believe in unique things, after all we are all unique and we shouldn't be covering it up by wearing and using only mass-produced products.
Also creating unique pieces lets me create a sort of a bond between me and my customers - every one of them is very special to me.

I have been featured at several art exhibitions in Poland and in different online magazines.

Shipping

I offer you FREE SHIPPING (WORLDWIDE) on ALL items! I ship by registered airmail with delivery confirmation and only in workdays (Monday - Friday). That takes aprox. 7 days within Europe and 15 days overseas.

Every package is shipped via registered priority shipping in two bussiness days after payment. All items are sent in a nice wrap and securely packed in plastic bubble.

Delays can occure due to customs or other unkown mysteries, if you have any concerns about your package please do contact me.

TO BUYERS FROM U.S.:
USPS tracking site does not work well and often is delayed;
Information on USPS tracking site "Origin Post is Preparing Shipment" does NOT mean that "We have received notice that the originating post is preparing to dispatch this mail piece."
This means that the SHIPMENT WAS SENT FROM PLAND and you can check it on the tracking site:

If an address does not accept / pick up a package and the order is shipped back to me, a buyer covers repeat shipping costs. This is a generally accepted rule among Etsy members.
