5 out of 5 starsAfter 5 year I decided to go back for my RN I been wanting to get this book for awhile and I had to do it. Started Nursing school and 2 of my classmates purchased the book also. So happy I decided to make the purchase. I understand sometimes healthcare items are expensive but this is for my future career. Absolutely do not regret buying!!!! Thank you so much!!!

Kristine was extremely helpful with getting all my items. There were a few that got left behind in my bundle and she was immediately helpful. I also have been having trouble with PayPal messing up my address and Kristine re did the order and sent it back out a second time with no trouble. The help was truly appreciated 😊.

I can't find my downloads.
If you checked out as a guest, you'll find a link to download your purchase in the receipt email that was sent to you after purchase. (Don't forget to check your spam/ Junk mail).
If you have an account: go to Your Account ("You" circle in the top right) -> "Purchases and Reviews" and look for the order. The button will say "download files" in a black box. I would call your local USPS post office about this and provide them with the tracking number and situation. They usually are very helpful in determining what happened and usually provide a solution as well.
I also recommend to people that are receiving a USPS mailed package to wait one or two full days after the stated delivery date. It may get delivered the next day, or one of your neighbors may see that they have it and return it to you. They may not have realized it was there or it may have been delivered to some neighbors further away.
