The ring arrived and I’m honestly blown away at the quality and the details of the ring. I was very nervous spending that much money just going off the photos from previous buys but it’s worth it. I will more than likely be using this vendor for most of not all my jewelry purchases.

Custom and personalized orders
YES! I always love making new pieces, I offer any kinds of customs or personalized orders. If you have any idea of rings, welcome to contact me directly.
Please note:
1. We reserve the right to shelve and sell customized products.
2. Custom orders are made specifically for you and are nonrefundable, unless there is a defect when you receive the item, in that case we will make a new one.
Rush Order
Orders usually take 2-3 weeks to produce and 3-5 days to ship to the US. If you're in a rush, we offer a RUSH ORDER SERVICE that can complete production in about 12 business days and expedite shipping to arrive within 3-5 days.
And I NEED to charge you $50 for the Rush Order Service.
Do you accept the Payment Plan?
Yes! I accept payment plans. It can be a weekly or monthly payment plan as you wish.
Please note:
1. Your pieces will not be shipped until the final payment has cleared.
2. NO CANCELLATIONS for custom orders once production begins.
3. The minimum per payment will be $100.

Ring Size
I can make rings in any size. In the list, from US3 to US9. If you need a smaller or bigger ring size, pls ask me and we'll customize it for you!
What's your Return & Exchange Policy?
Our return & exchange policy is designed with your satisfaction as our top priority.
NON-CUSTOM items can be returned within 30 days less a restocking fee and shipping fee (15% of the total price for each ring), and all items are required personal sizing and metal for you, so I am not able to issue full refunds.
Custom items cannot be returned. (Custom is considered anything we have designed for you, including full eternity, engraved items, and special size rings(Over 9US or Less than 3US).
* Damaged or worn items will not be accepted for return or exchange.
* I don't accept the return which EXCEEDS the return period.
* Contact me for approval before your return and instructions.
* Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Can I CANCEL the order before the item was shipped out?
Please contact me within 24 hours if you want to cancel the order. I do not carry any stock, all items are made to order. If the order exceeds 24 hours, I will subject to a restocking fee of $100.
A CUSTOM ITEM cannot be returned. If the custom order exceeds 24 hours, I will subject to a restocking fee of $200.
What's your Warranty Policy?
We offer a lifetime warranty. If there are any issues with the quality of the ring, you may return it. I am willing to repair it for you for free within one year. After the first 12 months, we charge a small fee for repairs and replacements.
