We are a non profit. We first take all proceeds from our sales and provide Kiva loans. After that we send money to the crafters for more products. We pay our crafters more than most to attempt to make the items as fair trade as possible.

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Shipping
We use etsy shipping labels please select your preferred level of shipping . In light of the USPS refusal to accept responsibility for damages and lost items, We have increased our shipping costs to cover insurance on every package. We apologize for the added costs imposed by the USPS for basic expectations of service.
