What is your return policy?
We happily accept exchanges & returns that follow our shop policy. Products must be in new, perfect condition- tags and packaging and delivered to us within 30 days. Shipping fees associated with an exchange are paid by the buyer since that money is paid to the post office. There is no charge to exchange an item within 14 days. Our policy helps make returns possible. So, when choosing a refund over exchange, the faster the item is returned, the larger the refund. Returns incur a restocking fee of 15% when received within 14 days. This covers our employee payroll to process your package. Our US based employees are paid a living wage and benefits, vacation time and 401K matching. After 14 days, 20% restock fee is applied.
Care instructions
Our clothing includes care instructions on the tag inside of the garment. Please keep in mind that, when caring for your clothing, there are ways you can maximize the color vibrancy and long term appearance. Our fabrics are dyed and pre-washed to protect the color. Follow care labels and instructions for each individual product.
