What if my package is lost or stolen?
Due to the recent epidemic of stolen packages (porch pirates) reported across the country, this is my policy:
Please use a ship-to address that is secure, where your package cannot be stolen.
As a seller, I take responsibility for the package until tracking shows "delivered" or "notice left."
If your order tracking shows delivered and you did not receive your item. please file a claim with the postal carrier.
How long does the shipping take?
Estimated Shipping Time:
• Production Time: 5-7 business days
• Free Shipping: 10-20 business days (Exclude production time).
• Express Line: (Production Time of 5-7 business days plus 4-7 business days for Shipping). Available at checkout. Estimated Delivery including Production Time is 10-15 days.
• Express Shipping carriers do not deliver packages to Parcel Lockers, PO Box, and APO addresses as well as in remote locations. If the recipient's shipping address is one of those, please consider Standard Shipping only. Our custom-made products currently come with FREE Standard worldwide Shipping promotion.
How to choose a size?
• Every product on my store contains a size chart in the product photos that can be used as a reference to choose the perfect size for you!
• Please measure your foot before choosing a size. Our sizes may not match exactly with other popular shoe brands.
Do you offer tracking?
•Tracking Number will be sent to you via Etsy after your product is shipped(5-7 working days). Please stay tuned.
•If you have not received it - please contact us and we will get back to you.
My shoes don't fit. Can I exchange them?
If your shoes do not fit, we will remake and ship you a replacement pair, as long as the new size is not more than 1 size off from the original order. It's our guarantee that the shoes you buy from our store will always fit you perfectly!
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
We will remake your shoes and ship them for free.
A note about footwear: A production fee will be charged for size replacements greater than 1 size smaller or 1 size larger.
