3 out of 5 starsI like the bag's shape and color. Unfortunately, I have to agree with the other reviews: the material is very thin and doesn't look very high-quality. It's not like it appears in the photos. But I thank you for the very friendly and helpful customer service. All the best!

4 out of 5 starsBeim 1. Versand ist etwas schiefgelaufen. Die Tasche ist nicht angekommen. Ich hatte mich schon gewundert, wie schnell das gegangen wäre.. aus Deutschland in einem "französischem" Shop bestellt, Empfängeradresse in den USA. Und nach nicht mal 1 Woche eine Lieferbestätigung online. Aber kein Paket beim Empfänger. Hier muss ich den erstklassigen Service mit dem Shop sehr loben. Jederzeit sehr prompte Antwort auf Nachfragen , sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und um eine positive Lösung bemüht. Der Shop hat die erneute Lieferung beauftragt und ca 2 Wochen später ist die Tasche bei der Empfängerin in den USA angekommen. Ende gut alles gut! 😊 Und bei uns hat die Tasche auch der Beschreibung und den Shop Bildern entsprochen.
