5 out of 5 starsI purchased a 3 mm lab grown twist diamond nose, stud. It’s gorgeous and sparkly. I wish it was a little bigger (3.5 or 4), next time I’m going to get 18 g instead of 20 g for a more secure fit. I’m glad it is 6 mm in length not seven. I’d recommend to others.

Hello Rachel, the wire is 20 GA, we do not have 18 GA for this tiny nose ring. Maybe next time you want to order thinner gauge for your nose piercing. we hope you have a great day. Oro Feliz.

4 out of 5 starsLovely, shiny anklet that's extremely lightweight to wear. Only reason I docked this 1 star is because the chain itself is smaller than expected, not in length but in width. I ordered the 3.5 mm and expected it to be larger than it is.
