PATINA: all patina will come sealed with 3 coats on the front only. The backs will come shiny natural metal with no sealant. However, if you would like them sealed, you may request this when you order.

METAL: All of our handmade metal components will come with with or without oxidizing (as mentioned in the listing) neither finish will have a sealant added. You can buff with steel wool or tarnish remover/cloth. (available in our store)

LEATHER: It's not recommended to swim/shower while wearing leather components. Also, it should be the last item you put on as hairspray, perfume, etc, may stain the beautiful finish. Leather will collect body oils with wear and will soften and deepen in color with normal wear. This is to be expected!

Patina has a mind of it's own. No two pieces are exactly alike including color tones & varigation. I'm very focused on creating two matching pieces and runs in the same order should match well. If you would like to see your pieces before they are mailed, please leave a message when checking out and I would be happy to send one as I usually photograph all pieces before shipping.

Yes absolutely! I love new ideas and color combos. This goes for metal work, patina or leather. Just send me a message and I'll work through your ideas and send pictures of samples. Once you are happy, I'll create a custom listing for you!

My main base patina is JAX green or JAX Brown (available in my store) I've worked hard to come up with unique color finishes for my components, so I won't share all my secrets, but have fun and start here...Find your own look that you are happy with!

On my custom component designs, while I purchase the blanks, each piece is hand textured, patinated or dyed and finishes are added by ME in my studio.
Your order is completed in the order it arrives . Depending on my order load, it may take anywhere from one to 5 days to ship. If you need to expedite, please don't hesitate to contact me or leave a message when you check out. I'll do my best to assist!

Normal supplies and tools are ready to ship and should ship same day if ordered before 1pm EST Mon-Fri. However, any custom made items on that order may hold it up. If you need a something quick, please message me or create separate orders as shipping is free to the USA and won't affect your shipping costs.
