took much too long to arrive. No tracking. Still shows as in transit. Once received I plugged in the usb according to included printed instructions. Linux did not install properly. Also would not boot from the hard drive, but ran from the usb ( but much too slow to be useful). I messaged seller with the issue. He was willing to help. I asked him to call me. He refused. He said we can do it on Etsy text. Ok. He really diid try and help. We tried different ways to get it running but ultimately failed each time. I suggested I could ship my Mac mini to him and I’d pay the shipping both ways as I really wanted this to work. After one more failed attempt to install Linux, he agreed to having it shipped to him so he can get the item working. He then created a special listing for $50!! I texted 2 more times for help Now he ghosted me
