I had one butterfly fall off-the-stud on the first wearing of them but contacted seller and she immediately addressed the email in a timely manner and replaced it for a small shipping fee which was wonderful because they're so beautiful I love these. Great customer service to say the least and I will be a repeat customer. Thank you so much!

Handling Time
All our earrings are made to order. Our current handling time is 1-3 business days. Large orders may take longer. We usually run ahead of schedule but some orders may take the full 3 business days.
