Hi, I'm Maude — the designer and maker behind AtelierLumiia, based in Gatineau, Canada.
AtelierLumiia started in 2017 as a creative studio focused on digital design — memorial templates, logos, and custom artwork. Over 12 000 orders and many beautiful stories later, my craft evolved: I fell in love with sculptural work and decided to follow that thread fully.
Today, AtelierLumiia is a studio for gothic, dark romance, and bookish decor — sculptural pieces for readers, collectors, and anyone who cares about the details of their space. Some designs are my own originals. Others are produced under official commercial licenses from independent artists whose work I believe in.
Everything is crafted from a plant-based bioplastic (PLA) derived from corn and sugarcane — a thoughtful alternative to petroleum-based plastics. Each piece is made to order, finished by hand, and carefully packed before it heads your way.
You may see older reviews on this shop about digital templates — they're part of the story that brought me here, and I keep them proudly. Today's pieces are sculptural and physical, and I'd love for you to be part of this new chapter.

1. How long before my order ships?

Every piece is made to order in my studio in Gatineau, Canada. Current production time is 3-5 business days, after which your order ships with tracking.
If you need a piece by a specific date, message me before ordering — I'll let you know if it's possible and do my best to accommodate.

2. How long does shipping take?

Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

Canada: 3-7 business days
United States: 5-10 business days
Europe & UK: 7-15 business days
Rest of the world: 10-20 business days

All orders include tracking, and shipping is free worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs fees depending on your country — those are the buyer's responsibility.

3. What are your pieces made of?

Every piece is crafted from PLA bioplastic, a plant-based material derived from corn and sugarcane. It's a more thoughtful alternative to petroleum-based plastics — durable, non-toxic, and produced from renewable resources.
Each piece is printed, carefully finished by hand, and inspected before it ships.

4. Are your designs original?

A mix of both, and I'm always transparent about it:

Some pieces are my own original designs, created from scratch at AtelierLumiia.
Others are produced under official commercial license from independent artists whose work I believe in.

Either way, every piece you receive is legitimately made and credited honestly. If you'd like to know more about a specific design, just ask.

5. What if my piece arrives damaged or I'm not happy with it?

Message me first — I genuinely want you to love what you receive. If anything arrives damaged, send me a photo within 7 days and I'll send a replacement or refund, no argument. If the piece simply didn't meet your expectations, I'll do my best to make it right.
Since each piece is made to order, I don't accept standard returns, but your satisfaction matters more to me than a strict policy.

6. Do you take custom orders?

Occasionally, yes — depending on the project. If you have an idea for a sculptural piece that fits the AtelierLumiia aesthetic, feel free to message me with your concept. I'll let you know if it's something I can take on, along with pricing and timing.
