Orders are shipped to the address you enter at checkout.
1. Prior to completing your purchase, please DOUBLE check for address and product accuracy. Once your order is placed, addresses cannot be revised/edited, nor can products be added or removed.
2. If your order 'has shipped' to an incorrect address, we can neither reverse nor bear responsibility for its final destination.
3. If the package is returned unopened to October Fields® because it was refused, undeliverable due to insufficient address or flagged as unclaimed, we will contact you for corrections and offer to re-ship at your expense.
4. If refused, a refund will be issued minus original shipping costs + a 30% restocking fee.

1. All herbs (not limited to fresh, dried, tea, oil and tincture) are purchased at the sole discretion of the buyer.
2. The buyer assumes all responsibility of use/care and any alteration of the herb from its original form.
3. Etsy policy does not allow the notation of herb use and benefit in its listings. Please research herb origin, usage, contraindications and preparation prior to purchase.
4. It is buyers duty to consult with healthcare practitioner before purchase and during use of herbal products.

Providing superior product and excellent customer service is our highest priority. We are honest, fair and transparent. Although we cannot offer herbal advice, we always make ourselves available to answer any pre-purchase questions you may have. Upon receipt of your order, if we have made an error or you are unhappy, please make contact and allow us the opportunity to make it right. We are happy to help and look forward to the opportunity to be of service to you.

Packaging and product materials are biodegradable, compostable, recyclable and free of bubble wrap and peanuts. We use eco-friendly paper packaging derived from recycled consumer and factory wastes. If multiples of a single herb are purchased, they will be consolidated into one bag with one label to reduce packaging waste. We encourage you to reuse all materials first, then compost/recycle accordingly.

Although we'd love to personally deliver your package to you, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. Once your package has shipped, we cannot control its handling, transit or delivery activity. We are not responsible for stolen/missing parcels from a residence or carrier delays. If your package states 'Delivered' and you cannot locate it, please check with your neighbors or contact your local USPS for assistance. If you have not received your order within 15 business days, we can assist in filing a claim. In the interim, we are happy to send you a replacement by placing a new order. If the original package is located and returned to October Fields, we will refund the cost of the first order (less shipping) back to you.

All photos are of the actual product you will receive. The details of each product is clearly provided for your reference (ie weight, size, color, price, etc). It is the buyer's responsibility to understand what you are purchasing. By placing your order, you acknowledge that you have read the item details and our terms in entirety. If you are uncertain, have questions or would like further assistance, please contact us before you order...we are always happy to help! If these terms are not agreeable with you, in the kindest way, we ask you to shop elsewhere. Thank you.

October Fields currently offers standard shipping to all residential and commercial addresses in the United States and worldwide. Express upgrades are available at checkout. We ship orders during business days/hours (Monday-Friday: 9am-5pm EST), excluding holidays. All orders are shipped using UPS First Class. Shipping upgrades are available at checkout. Estimated delivery is 4-8 business days. Shipping details and tracking information will be sent via email once your order has shipped. Please allow 24 hours for updates on tracking information. USPS estimates are not a guarantee of on-time delivery. Please plan ahead in ordering and allow extra time for unexpected delays. We do not offer shipping refunds.

We ship to all residential and commercial addresses in the United States, Canada and worldwide (country exceptions may apply). Occasionally, we may offer free standard shipping. Orders that meet the free shipping criteria will ship at our discretion based on parcel specifications such as weight, dimensions and destination (≤ 16oz = First Class; ≥ 16oz = Priority). Shipping details and tracking information will be sent via email once your order has shipped.

International : ETSY offers a private standard service called Global Postal. It is inexpensive, but transit times can be long and tracking is through ETSY (not USPS). If you choose this service, please note that you will have to use the ID provided in your confirmation email and contact ETSY support or Asendia (https://www.asendia.com) for further tracking details/assistance. Otherwise, we offer USPS upgrades (ie Priority), which will allow us access, within your order, to assist you as best we can.
