Care instructions
Please take your bouquet out of the box and put it vertically in an empty vase (no water) so that it would not fall. Please also keep it in a dry place which contains no humidity. You can also use it as a decoration before and after the wedding at your home for years :)
For corsages, boutonnieres, combs and etc...also do not keep them in a closed box, you can put them in an open box and so on… to let them breath. The place they are kept should also be a dry place which contains no humidity as well.

we send your cargo to a professional cargo company in Istanbul. It takes “TWO WORKING DAYS” to arrive to Istanbul. And from ISTANBUL with the first available flight, it usually takes a WEEK time to be at target destination (USA) including customs procedures.
So from Istanbul the cargo leaves with AIR CARGO, usually FEDEX or TNT (But cargo company can be changed due to the availability). AIR CARGO also leaves due to the flight schedule and we will inform you the tracking number accordingly. When the shipper has your cargo, responsibility will be on shipper company.
Please consider the customs procedure may take more time and unfortunately it is not in our hands to make it quicker.
