I live in the US. Will I have to pay customs or duties?

Nope! We have great news for all our US customers. As a Canadian shop, our products qualify for duty-free entry into the United States, so you won't have to worry about any extra customs fees.

How long will it take to get my order?

Our official processing time is 2-3 weeks, but we're a speedy team and typically ship orders within just 3 business days! Shipping times can vary between 3-12 business days.

Oh no! My item arrived broken. What should I do?

We're so sorry to hear that! While we pack everything with lots of care, accidents can happen in transit. Please send us a message within 14 days of delivery with a quick photo of the damaged item. We'll be happy to ship you a free replacement right away!

What's your return policy?

We want you to love what you bought! If it's not the right fit for your space, we happily accept returns. Just contact us within 14 days of delivery and ship the item back to us in its original, unused condition. Please note that buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, and the original shipping fee is non-refundable.

Can I exchange my item for something else?

Yes! And we make it super easy. If you'd like to exchange your piece for another, you just need to cover the shipping cost for the new item. As a little thank you, there's no need to send the original one back to us! Just send us a message to get started.

Can I return a custom or personalized item?

Due to their unique nature, custom and personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. However, if your custom piece arrives damaged or defective, our replacement policy still applies 100% – we will always make it right!

I live in the Barrie area. Can I pick up my order to save on shipping?

You bet! We're located right here in Barrie, Ontario. If you'd like to arrange a local pickup, please send us a message right after placing your order. We'll coordinate a time with you and refund any shipping charges.

What's this line on the side of my print? How should I care for it?

That's called a z-scar! It's a normal and unavoidable part of the 3D printing process—think of it as a unique mark of how your piece was made. To keep your item looking great, we recommend wiping it with a damp cloth to clean. Please avoid high heat (like a hot car or dishwasher) as it can damage the material.
