Return policy:
You have 14 days from the day of receipt to return your unused product in the original undamaged and/or unopened packaging. Before returning a product send us a message through Etsy, so we confirm and provide you with a return address.
Returns without the aforementioned contact are not eligible for refunds. Additionally personal care and custom items are not returnable due to the nature of the product. This includes consumables with a spoilage or hygiene risk such as creams, oils, candles, herbs & incense cannot be returned.
We do not accept returns on items that you dislike, or do not resonate with, therefore we do request that you shop with this in mind.
