    The cookie itself is delicious, and the lemonslice does add the perfect touch aesthetically, but once you bite into the cookie the lemon slice, and especially the rind are impossible to digest. I can not imagine ordering these cookies again. The rind actually had to be spit out. Very disappointing, as they look so promising.
