Will your decals stick to my walls?
Decals stick to most smooth surfaces. This can be walls, doors, windows, glass, mirror, appliances, and finished wood.
However decals may not adhere to some paint finishes, such as low Voc, no Voc, Voc free, or paints with stain blocker. If you are unsure what type of paint you have please contact us for a test decal, before purchase.
We will not issue refunds due to these types of paint issues, so please know your paint prior to purchase.
Are your decals removeable?
Yes, they are removable, but not reusable.
Do you offer color samples?
Yes, upon request. Please contact us for color samples.
How do I tell you my personalization info?
Please type all details for your order in the 'notes to seller' section at check out.
Do you do custom decals and can I see a proof?
Yes, we do custom designs, and we send proofs upon request prior to purchase. Please convo us for details.
My decal is not removing from the backing paper, now what?
This happens on occasion. If you can not get your decal to release from the backing paper, please turn the entire decal over (decal side down), on a flat surface. Squeegee with medium pressure and then remove the backing paper, while holding down the application tape. The backing paper should remove easily, leaving the decal attached to the transfer paper. Once the entire backing paper is removed, proceed with the 'direct method' of application per instruction sheets.
