All of my wreath signs are suitable to be displayed outside, they are UV protected.
Tumblers: please do not place in dishwasher or soak.

If the sign is damaged During shipping, please take pictures of the packaging and the sign. Then take it to your post office and file a claim.
All sales are final! I will no longer be accepting returns on wreath signs period. please choose wisely for the correct size of wreath sign. However, if by some chance your wreath, Wreath sign or Tumbler, Or any other item is damaged in shipping please contact me within 5 days of receipt with pictures of the damage. I will work with you on this, even though it was neither of our faults. But you will be responsible for shipping of another product. As we both lose money on this.

If I create a custom order for you, you have 24 hours to pay for this, no exceptions. I will remove the listing after 24 hours. I rearranged my schedule for this, so please understand that. Custom orders must be paid for up front before I can work on your order. Once the wreath, sign or other item is completed I will send you a picture for any final changes before the item is mailed out. Custom orders are usually completed in 1-2 weeks. If you require a custom sign in less than 7 days, I may charge an additional $20 expedite fee in order to rearrange my schedule and production to get you your sign on time.

All orders are shipped USPS (Priority, Ground, or First-Class Mail depending on the product) or FedEx (Home Delivery or Ground) unless otherwise agreed upon. I can use UPS if you contact me before placing your order. Shipping charges may be more expensive with UPS.
Shipping charges are for Shipping AND Handling - it includes the price of the box and any packing material plus the cost to ship to you. Please send me a message if you would like to upgrade your shipping and I can invoice you separately.
Items are only shipped to the address provided at checkout for your protection and to prevent fraud.

Please double check your information before purchasing. If an item is returned to me because of an incorrect address, you must pay to have the item shipped again to you. Check your address, wreath sign size etc. It is NOT my mistake if you purchased the wrong size, I match up to the invoice provided.
