What are your shop hours?

How long till I receive a proof? The final design?

You will receive your first proof through Etsy messages. All orders receive one complimentary round of changes. Please respond with change requests as soon as possible. You will receive a high-resolution, digital JPG file 1-2 days after you've submitted your final change requests. No physical product will be shipped.
Please Note: Keep an eye on your Etsy messages throughout the process! The sooner I hear back from you at each stage, the sooner you'll have your finished illustration. :)
Will a physical print be shipped to me?
No. I sell digital downloads exclusively. :) Why do I love digital files so much? I'm so glad you asked!
• Fast turnaround time

• Print at home, through an online printing company, or at a local print shop
• Unlimited amount of copies can be made (personal usage only)
Where can I get my illustration printed?
It's easier than you think!
• Here are my favorite local / online printers: Shutterfly, Staples, Walgreens, Walmart, Target, Costco, CVS. Visit any of their websites to order online and have your print(s) shipped directly to your home.
• If printing through your local print shop or an online printing service: These illustrations can be printed as photographic prints, greeting cards, fine art canvas prints, and any other medium you can think of… Coffee mugs, blankets, calendars… you name it!
• If printing from your home printer: I suggest using a heavyweight, matte photo paper or card stock
I'm confused. The listing says I'll receive a digital file and no physical product will be shipped. But it *also* gives shipping times / estimates. What's up?
Etsy's back-end setup is a bit tricky for digital sellers. We sell products that are technically "handmade," so Etsy incorrectly assumes shipping will be required.
Here's what you need to know:
• No physical item will be shipped to you, so please disregard the "estimated shipping times" in the listing
• Please check my shop announcements for the current turn around time
• When your proof is ready, I will send a preview through Etsy messages
• From there, I will wait to hear back from you! Please send any change requests through Etsy messages.
• Change requests will be made within 1-2 business days of being received
• The final design will be sent through Etsy messages.
What size is the illustration? What size frame do I need?
Your illustration will be compatible with the following frame sizes:
5x7, 8x10, 11x14, 16x20, 18x24,
A2, A3, A4, A5
If you need a different size, please let me know what size you'd like in your personalization notes.
What is your refund policy?
Unfortunately, due to the personalized nature of these designs, I am unable to offer refunds / cancellations after your design has been created. I will do everything possible to be sure you are happy with the final design. :) Please contact me if there are any issues with your order... I'm happy to help!
