Custom and personalised orders

All of our products are fully customisable for any event/text. Please make a note in the personalisation box what you would like on your selected product and we will make it to your specifications.

Shipping and delivery

All of our orders are sent out free 2nd class using Royal Mail/Evri unless upgraded by yourself. Please allow up to 10 working days for your parcel to be delivered. If you have not received it after 10 working days, please get in touch. Please note, Etsy's estimated time frame does not align with Royal Mail's timeline and therefore, is not completely accurate.

Returns/Refunds

As all of our orders are made to order specifically to you, no refunds or returns will be made once an order is placed/sent out. Replacements will be our only form of compensation for damaged/misplaced/wrongly made products.

Cancellations

We cannot cancel any orders after a 24 hour period as designing and printing will have already started.

Order timeframe

Before you place an order, if it is close to your event (within 10 working days), please send me a message beforehand to ensure I can fulfil the order in time and/or upgrade the shipping at the checkout. Orders will not be refunded if it does not arrive to you for when you need it, if you have not allowed enough time (10 working days) for it to arrive or you did not upgrade the shipping. This also applies if you have misread the estimated time frame and already placed an order as orders cannot be rushed due to this.
