1 out of 5 starsTerrible customer service, she mentions the time frames on her listing, but just know those are the MINIMUM time frames, not maximum. It took upwards of 3+ days to acquire one digital image with 0 necessary corrections. I ended up making my own instead of using the one I paid for because it took so long. Would NOT recommend. Save your time and money.

Hello! You placed your order on a Sunday, I operate on business days. Your order was emailed to you Wednesday morning, which was right on track with what the listing states. That’s a normal turnaround for a listing that requires edited details, as we have more than one order at a time. If you needed it on a 24 hour turnaround, you could have messaged me for a rush fee. Thanks for your time.

5 out of 5 starsI wanted to make some customized pint glasses for my brother and his new wife for Christmas, and these were perfect! I love that care instructions were included for glass on a little notecard that I can put in the present. Also, USPS wasn’t updating shipping info after a week of it being in transit, so I contacted the seller and immediately got a response that she’s sending another set out for free. She didn’t have to do that, but she did and it seriously made my day. 10/10 would buy again :)

Care instructions
All permanent vinyl decals must be handled carefully. I include application and care instructions with every order.
Please be advised of the following when applying decals to a surface that will come in contact with water:
-Hand wash only.
-Do not let soak in water.
-Not microwave or dishwasher safe.
-Clean gently.
-Allow 24-48 hours after application before first use/letting decal be in contact with water to ensure the decal has cured.
All of the above will ensure that your decal lasts as long as possible for your custom item!
Custom and personalized orders
I accept custom and personalized orders for anything that you currently see listed in my shop. This means:
-If you see a decal that you love but want something special added just for you, I would love to help.
-All drink-ware items can be personalized. (Wine glasses, Starbucks Cups, etc.) If you have a design idea in mind, please feel free to reach out.
